Elected representative Better Apprentice Cook of the Aude in the Competition André Pachon in 1998 which offered to him 2 months of training course in JAPAN where he learns the control of sushis, JULIEN ORACZ returns in France where he officiates beside Jean-François PIEGE in the Hotel De Crillon in Paris during 4 years. Our young Chef innovates now in his own restaurant where he works a traditional revisited cooking of the area. His wife, ALEXANDRA, insures the service in the restaurant where she brings an importance on a quality of family and well-kept service.
